UNTPL’s 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility employs unique processes for material synthesis. The proven unit operations ensure that consistent, high quality nano-materials are produced at several hundred tons of quantities a year. This proprietary operation employs a scalable and economical process that is adaptable to varied nano-materials compositions and particle morphologies. The process thus is flexible and allows production of wide range of nano-scale materials and products.

Since its inception, the venture has received good support from various institutes and government bodies. In  recognition to the commercialization of the next generation materials, the venture has been part funded by the Technology Development Board (A part of Department of Science & Technology, Government of India). UNTPL has collaborations with leading research institutes in India and the technical people involved with this are some of the best in their field. Having the able support of the venture partners, the leading research institutes in India and its rapidly evolving in-house capabilities, UNTPL is enabled with best-in-class technology and processes for product development, production and material evaluation. Thus providing an edge to meet the customers demand and enable timely issue resolution.
